For the month of November, Small Business Month gives small business owners the opportunity to celebrate.
This initiative, brought to us by the NSW Government, focuses on providing small businesses with new skills, activities and ideas.

There are many events open to attend and in the past there has been some exciting opportunities such as networking event lunches; online panel discussions; webinars; workshops and business lunches.

There are skills to be learnt in the fields of staff retention and recruitment; branding and marketing ideas; learning about digital trends; supply chain planning and more.

Some of the exciting events coming up this month include:

  • Finding Talent on a Budget: (Nov 16th) An online webinar that will show you how to post jobs for free and get access to potentially 1000s of resumes as well as learn about small business resources to help you hire the right person.
  • Wellbeing at work: (Nov 17th) A free workshop that focuses on wellbeing at work. You will learn what good wellbeing practices look like, how important wellbeing is in the workplace, and also create a personalised plan for your business.
  • Breakfast with Multimedia Marketing Coach, Christine Blosdale (Newcastle): (Nov 21st) Want to learn how to grow your business via Radio, Podcasting, YouTube and Social Media? Award winning coach and #1 Bestselling author, Christine Blosdale will be a special guest at a Networking Breakfast happening for 2 hours from 7.30am on November 21st.
